Terms of Service
Effective date: July 4, 2026
Welcome to Locally Menus, operated by Bitake LLC (“Bitake,” “we,” “us”). By using locallymenus.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
The Service
Locally Menus lets food and drink businesses publish short videos of their menu items and lets viewers discover those places. Business listings and videos are provided by the businesses themselves.
Accounts (business owners)
If you create an owner account, you’re responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for keeping your login secure. You must have the right to publish the videos and content you upload.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (videos, menu info). By uploading, you grant Bitake LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote the Service. You represent that your content does not infringe others’ rights and complies with applicable law.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to impersonate others, to scrape or abuse the Service, or to interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
The Service itself — including its software, design, and the “Locally Menus” name — is owned by Bitake LLC. These Terms don’t grant you rights to our branding.
Third-party information
Business hours, addresses, prices, and menu details are provided by businesses and may be inaccurate or out of date. Verify important details (like hours or dietary needs) directly with the business.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information is accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitake LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on business information.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the effective date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
